Credit Agreement

The undersigned is duly authorized to execute this application on behalf of the customer.
The undersigned acknowledges the terms on which this credit facility is offered is on the basis of payment being made the 20th of the
month following invoice and that Gordon Harris Ltd reserve the right to withdraw credit facilities if the terms of account are not adhered to.
The undersigned agrees that ownership of the goods shall not pass to the customer until the customer has paid for the goods in full. Until
ownership has passed the customer holds the goods on behalf of Gordon Harris Ltd which is permitted to enter onto the customer
premises to inspect and/or repossess the goods.
The undersigned agrees to pay all legal and other incidental expenses incurred in collection of my debt to Gordon Harris Ltd if the debt is
not paid on the due date.
The undersigned hereby authorizes all individuals and firms mentioned in this credit application to respond fully and genuinely to all
requests by Gordon Harris Ltd for credit information about the company or individual applying for credit with this application. The
undersigned expressly waives any claims under the Privacy Act against such individuals for supplying such credit information to Gordon
Harris Ltd.
The undersigned, to their best knowledge, represents to Gordon Harris Ltd that the information provided here is true and correct.
