SPRAY PAINT (R18): SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF SALE:

  1. (R18): New Zealand Law prohibits the sale of spray paint to people less than 18 years of age. By choosing to order spray paint from our webstore for delivery you are agreeing that you are over the age of 18. Prior to delivery we may ask you to email a photo of your Proof of Age I.D to us. If you are collecting spray paint from a Gordon Harris store ordered via this webstore or purchasing spray paint in store you may be asked to show Proof of Age I.D. Valid I.D includes; NZ Driver’s License, Passport, Student I.D, HANZ 18+ Card and Birth Certificate.

  2. (DG): Dangerous Goods. Spray Paints are classified as Dangerous Goods for freighting purposes. Courier companies charge an extra fee for handling Dangerous Goods which we must pass on to the customer in addition to the normal delivery charge that applies. Please select the Large Items option from the Shipping Options when ordering spray paint online and we will provide a quote for the courier/freight charge ASAP. There also can be an additional delay by courier companies shipping dangerous goods of 1-2 days over the normal delivery time.


Gordon Harris and its affiliates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at Gordon Harris, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. By placing an order for delivery with Gordon Harris Limited you consent that Gordon Harris Ltd will provide your email address to our courier service provider to enable that courier service to update you with parcel notifications. Parcel notifications allow you to track where your parcel is in the delivery process.

Gordon Harris does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card. All items purchased from Gordon Harris are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Gordon Harris and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Gordon Harris does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Gordon Harris itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

DISPUTES

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Gordon Harris or to products you purchase through Gordon Harris shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in New Zealand, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Gordon Harris's intellectual property rights, Gordon Harris may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court in New Zealand, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of an independent arbitrator. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. DELIVERY 

Once your order has been dispatched from one of our stores, you will receive an email from NZ Post with your tracking information. In some cases, due to the size or weight of your parcel, you may receive tracking details from a different courier service. Most updates, including any delays, will be reflected in your tracking information on the NZ Post website.

Please note, we are not responsible for delays occurring at the receiver’s end. Delivery times may vary depending on the location and the volume of parcels being handled by NZ Post.
